I Ordered Cabeza, Campechano, Al Pastor, Tripas & Lengua!..Also The Green & Rojo Sauce, Both Very Good!..I Ate Them All & Actually Went Back For 2 More Tripa Tacos!..Cooked Perfecto & Soooo Good!..We Went To The Food Truck On Santa Fe In Olathe!..I Will Definitely Be Back!..My Wife Ordered The Sopes & They Are Very Good Too!..????????????????The Best Tripas & Lengua Tacos I've Eaten In Kansas!.. Outstanding tacos! I had Birria, Cabeza, Chorizo, and Pastor. All of them were outstanding I really liked the Birria in the Cabeza. Not much seating so you’ll stand at your car and eat or take home

So great food truck quick service the food was excellent. Right by the train track and a train came by and it was so loud it was hard to carry a conversation. We ended up taking it somewhere else. However it was nice that they had a picnic table and chairs and a sun awning. Will definitely come back here!

Always fantastic food and the people working there are always very kind. My only suggestion is to go there and order in person, do not order online. I've had 3 different instances of them not receiving the order until I go up and ask about it, them being closed altogether and still taking online orders, or they had online orders turned off on their truck but not online. Seems to always be something. Just order in person and you won't have any issues.

We got a cheese quesadilla, Carne Asada Torta and Carne Asada Street Tacos. Authentic Mexican food and generous portions. The Carne Asada is tender and flavorful. The torta was beyond yummy. We went to the College and Pflumm truck.
